find your way, set big goals, dare to fail & continue growing

FIND YOUR WAY

Create your map, pirate!
“So, what are you going to do after you graduate?” From the day you enter high school until the day you graduate, you clearly can’t avoid that damn question. This time in life can be confusing, and it can mislead you into choosing a wrong college or accepting a wrong apprenticeship or job if you don’t know who you are, and what you want. Therefore, learning about yourself, your dreams, and the way you want to impact the world is the first step you need to take to build a successful future. #Beapirate and ask yourself a question “What matters to me?”.

SET BIG GOALS

Be AAWWRSOME! Think BIGGER!
No matter what way you choose, going to university, choose an apprenticeship or getting a job, or starting a business, you need the courage to take control of your life. Setting your goals is by far one of the most important things you must start with. When setting your goals, be mindful of your dreams and passions. Goals help you to improve. So, don’t be afraid to set them high, even if they might seem crazy to achieve. With each goal you hit, your confidence and imagination will increase, bringing you closer to your dreams. #Beapirate and set your personal moonshot.

DARE TO FAIL

To ERR is human! To ARR is pirate!
We are programmed at an early age to think that failure is bad. We tend to share our achievements but hide our failures. Let us tell you something: failure is not always bad! Your failures and challenges can be your greatest drivers of progress and success if you let them. So when you fail, choose to see it as a chance to learn and grow, not as an ending. Also, if you have a big dream, staying focused, and achieving your goals won’t be easy. So when times get tough, remember that you are at least giving your dream a try.

CONTINUE GROWING

“I’m done growing”, said no pirate ever.
The nature of work is evolving quickly. Creativity and solution-oriented thinking are becoming more and more relevant. Technology is taking over jobs from humans. Two billion jobs will disappear by 2030. Digital nomads work from remote places rather than from the same office day by day. Regardless of which path you choose to go, having an entrepreneurial mindset will help you to adapt to these changes and reach your full potential. Our advice is to be curious, continue growing, to set up new goals, and to learn about the world around you.

Let's take it to the next level, pirate!
